Schedule Your Review

STEP 1 - ROOF INSPECTION

Obviously, this is the best place to start. We need to assess any damage or needs that the job will encompass. We will provide a thorough inspection of all items of your roof and provide a detailed report.

STEP 2 – Making an Insurance Claim

One of the things we pride ourselves on is our ability to make this process as hassle free for you than it can be. We will make the connection with your insurance company in order to settle the amount for damages and get the job paid for with little to no effort or money out of your pocket.

STEP 3 – Matching of insurance adjusters notes to our scope of work

We will go over what the adjuster finds/states versus what we have detailed and show you the differences and/or where they align. This ends up being our scope of work and is important for each client to be fully aware of the time, materials and costs associated with the scope. In this meeting, we will also discuss the details of customizations that you can select and create a job agreement.

STEP 4 – Job start and material deliveries

We double check everything to the finest detail; including quantities, quality, color and crew. We want to make sure right there that all materials are satisfactory to our high standards and the crew is ready to get started immediately upon completion of that checklist. If all is a go…we get started RIGHT THEN.

STEP 5 - Cleanup and Walkthrough

A project can leave debris such as nails, shingle and underlayment pieces, etc. We try to leave every site in as good of condition as we started; if not better and then walk you through our our finished product and your new roof.
