You should remove all loose or valuable items from walls and shelves.  The constant hammering and moving about on the roof could potentially cause enough vibration to result in these items moving or falling.  Outdoor flower pots and other landscaping items should be moved when possible.  Make sure your driveway is clear, as well as the areas surrounding your home.  While we always take very precaution to protect your property, at times, materials from the tear-off process can fall into the driveway or the area around your home.  Clearing your driveway also allows a place for materials to be stored and for trailers to be placed for waste removal.

3 Hawks Roofing does not require down payments or money up front.  Payment is due in full upon completion of the work laid out and specified in the contract. 

All of the old roof material is loaded into a dump trailer and hauled off, magnetic bars are used to pick up any loose nails around the house and any loose or floating debris is picked up and disposed of during the final walk around.  Our goal is to leave your home looking as good or better than we found it. 

All of the shingle manufacturers offer various levels of warranties on their products depending on product type.  In addition to the manufacturer’s product warranty 3 Hawk’s Roofing offers a transferable lifetime labor warranty that covers any issues related to workmanship or installation.  In short, if we do the work, we’ll stand behind it.  There are of course exceptions related to vandalism and acts of God etc.  To learn more about coverage please contact us for a full copy of our warranty contract.
